    With over 21 years in the foodservice and restaurant management industry, he possesses strong organizational and leadership skills. Additionally, he has acquired the ability to build, lead and train work teams. Sylvain evolved as Director of Catering and Banquet Services for over 17 years for the multinational Sodexo, where he developed his intrapreneurial side.

Martin has brought his creativity and experience to bear on a number of major companies such as Ubisoft, Bethesda and Behaviour, as well as several successful startups.
