Caterer Manager and Colossale POS
Colossale POS, recognized by Revenu Québec, transmits Caterer Manager invoices to the WEB-SRM: events and online orders stay compliant, with no double entry.

- CM produces the invoice for the event or the online order; the module sends it to Colossale POS, which transmits it to Revenu Québec.
- The SRM receipt produced by Colossale, with the required QR code and mention, is attached behind the CM invoice given to the customer.
- When the invoice is paid, the transaction is closed at Colossale with the payment method; a cancelled invoice is voided too.
- Payments received online (shop, payment link) trigger the transmission on their own; an automatic nightly closing completes what remains.

What does not flow
- Only invoices are transmitted: never proposals or uninvoiced orders.
- Sales made directly on a Colossale terminal do not flow back into CM.
- To correct an invoice already transmitted, it is voided and reinitialized.
- Québec only: GST and QST.
Getting started
- 01 Confirm with your accountant that your sales fall under mandatory billing.
- 02 The CM team activates the module and links your Colossale POS account (address and token provided by Colossale).
- 03 Make a test invoice; the Colossale workstation status is visible in CM.
- 04 Train the billing team (15 minutes). A simple procedure is sent to you by email. For an existing CM client, the whole transition takes half a day once the Colossale team has installed the POS.
Frequently asked questions
Is CM itself an SRS?
No. No catering software is a sales recording system. Compliance comes from Colossale POS, recognized by Revenu Québec, which CM connects to.
Do I need to buy a terminal?
No. The module works inside CM. Colossale POS can be installed on a computer or a laptop. A Colossale terminal remains possible for the counter.
What about my online sales?
CM shop orders and payment links are transmitted the same way, automatically.
What if the Colossale workstation is offline?
The transmission is refused and CM notifies you; you retry once the workstation is back online. Every exchange is logged in the invoice’s Colossale log.
