* Online ordering: the $2 fee per transaction is paid by the customer who orders on your online ordering page, not by the caterer. If the monthly minimum is not reached ($50 on Essentiel, $25 on Professionnel, none on Entreprise), the minimum fee is billed to the caterer.
Prices in Canadian dollars, per month, before taxes. The yearly price is billed annually. The MEV-WEB module (Colossale POS) is not included: it is offered separately.
Pricing questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs into CM with their own access: sales, kitchen, delivery, admin. Your clients ordering online do not count.
What happens when I add a 6th user?
Up to 5 users, each extra seat is $50 per month. At the 6th, your account moves to Professionnel (6 seats included) and its modules activate. Billing is prorated.
Can I remove users?
Yes, anytime from your account space. The change applies at the next billing cycle.
Any setup fees?
Data migration and onboarding training are optional and quoted separately. Support is included.
Can I try CM before committing?
We don’t offer a free trial, but a demo on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at any time. A monthly subscription ends one month after your cancellation notice. A yearly subscription, paid in advance, is non-refundable, but you can avoid its renewal by notifying us at least one month before it expires.
Do integrations cost extra?
Standard integrations are included according to your plan. For a custom integration, we estimate the hours on request.
What hardware do I need?
None. CM runs in your browser, and MEV-WEB with Colossale requires no hardware.
Is support extra?
No, support is included in every plan. Onboarding training is optional and quoted separately.
Taxes?
Prices before GST/HST. Billed in Canadian dollars.
Why isn’t CM free?
A fixed subscription, with no commission on your sales. The price covers hosting in Canada, support, updates and ongoing development. Free tools are funded another way: a commission on every order, or paid add-ons that pile up over time.
How much does CM cost for a team of 8?
The Professionnel plan includes 6 seats, and each extra seat costs $50 per month: $595 per month on yearly billing, $694 on monthly, before taxes.
