Caterer Manager and Microsoft (Outlook, OneDrive)
Caterer Manager publishes your events, deliveries and schedules in Outlook Calendar, and files your reports in OneDrive. Included from the Professional plan.

- Outlook Calendar: CM creates “GT3” calendars in your company’s Microsoft account (events, logistics, staff, birthdays and hires, one calendar per room) and keeps them up to date.
- Each entry carries the event number, name and customer, the venue address, the guest count, the logistics status and a link to CM.
- OneDrive: any CM report can be filed in OneDrive as PDF, ZIP or Excel, on demand, through a scheduled automation, or as an automatic copy of every download.
- Microsoft 365 work accounts and personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com) are both accepted.

What does not flow
- No sync the other way: an appointment added in Outlook does not reach CM.
- CM never writes to your main calendar and invites no one; you share the CM3 calendars yourself.
- No folder choice: files go to the CM Intégrations app folder in your OneDrive. SharePoint and Teams are not covered.
Plan and cost
Outlook Calendar and OneDrive are two modules included from the Professional plan. A Microsoft account is enough.
Getting started
- 01 In CM, Settings → Integrations: the owner links a company Microsoft account (one connection per organization).
- 02 If your Microsoft 365 organization requires administrator approval, CM generates the link to send them.
- 03 OneDrive: enable, test; Outlook Calendar: enable, then tick the calendars you want.
- 04 Each user can enable, in their preferences, the automatic copy of their reports to OneDrive.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Microsoft 365?
No: a work or personal Microsoft account is enough.
What if the Microsoft account gets disconnected?
CM shows it on the integration page and pauses the sync until you reconnect. A full resync is available.
Do entries take my event type colours?
No: Outlook sets one colour per calendar, not per entry. Google Calendar does reuse each event type’s colour.
