Caterer Manager and payment gateways
With Stripe, Moneris or Global Payments, your customers pay their online order in the CM shop and settle a deposit or a balance through a payment link.

- Card payment in the online ordering shop: CM sets the amount, the card is entered in the gateway’s secure form, and the order goes to production as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Payment link: the emailed proposal or invoice carries a link to a payment page; the customer pays the deposit or the balance, and the payment is recorded in CM automatically.
- Your choice of Stripe, Moneris or Global Payments, for the online shop and for payment links alike.
- Each payment creates the invoice and the payment record in CM, with the card brand and last four digits; in Québec, the sale is sent to the WEB-SRM when the Colossale module is active.

What does not flow
- Refunds are made in the gateway’s dashboard, not in CM.
- No saved cards and no recurring payments.
- Transaction fees are those of Stripe, Moneris or Global Payments under their own pricing; CM adds no commission on your sales.
Plan and cost
Stripe, Moneris and Global Payments are available on every plan for the online shop and payment links. The Stripe payment link is part of the Professional plan.
Getting started
- 01 Open an account with Stripe (or Moneris, Global Payments) and get your API keys.
- 02 Send them to the CM team, who records them on your shop and sets up the payment confirmation endpoint at Stripe.
- 03 Make a test payment, then enable the gateway for your customers.
Frequently asked questions
Can my customers pay without an account?
Yes. Payment happens on the order page or in the emailed link, with no account at the gateway.
Is the payment secure?
The card form belongs to the gateway and is PCI compliant; CM only receives the confirmation, the brand and the last four digits.
What if the gateway’s confirmation does not arrive?
CM retries it and alerts Caterer Manager’s technical team; each confirmation is recorded once, never twice.
